Since 3years, I have been based in Delhi but before I had visited the city as a tourist with my family and was fascinated by this city life.
There are a lot of places which are popular and should be visited to know our prosperous Indian history.
Although the list of places to visit are countless, I have curated some best places which you should explore and live the moment. This post will give you a quick view of the best tourist places to visit.
But before that, you should know when is the best time to visit the capital so that your holiday vacations goes well.

Best Time To Visit Delhi
As we all know, Delhi is famous for its soaring temperatures in the summertime and then extreme climates in winter. So plan your visit accordingly.
The best time to visit this enchanting capital is during February and March, October till Mid- December. During this time, you can enjoy the visit with zeal and ardor.
Avoid visiting the city in other months. Our family had visited during August month and the heat was unbearable.

Best Tourist Places to Visit
Depending upon your holiday duration, you can explore places accordingly.
Basically, 2-3 days are quite enough to visit the below tourist attraction sites. Visit the places according to its locations- Old and New Delhi, as it will become easy to travel and explore.
Also, Delhi Metros are the best way to travel to avoid road traffic and save time.
