Weight loss happens only when Ur metabolism is more and calories intake is less… example if Ur metabolism is 1600 calories per day as per Ur BMR and u burn 200 calories during exercise..hence Ur total metabolic rate for that day is 1800 calories..if u eat 1200 calories in a day u will have 600 calories deficit..which will help in burning stored fat.
    6000 calories deficit leads to 1 kg wt loss or 6000 calories intake leads to 1 kg wt. Gain..
