Sports are one thing which we all love to watch and play. Whether it’s watching or playing on field or online, the craze to chase for victory makes us more enticed to it.

How to Play?

Once signup in Dream11.com, a list of upcoming matches is shown in variation of teams in games of both – Cricket and Football.  As I am a cricket fan and have a good knowledge of the game and the players, I opted for the cricket fantasy league.

As shown in the picture below, you can see I got the 100 credits to start. Now I have to create a team made up of real players. A player ranges from 0-10 credits and need to pick 11 of them based on the game. Team will earn points based on our chosen players’ performance in the real-life matches, so select wisely.

Follow these easy steps to get started :

• Select A Match: One can select any of the upcoming matches from any of the current or upcoming cricket series. I have selected IND vs. PAK match.
• Create Your Team: Now I have to create a team by choosing 11 players (1 wicketkeeper either from India or Pak, four batsmen from both teams together, four bowlers, 2 all rounders) Next is choosing a captain and vice-captain for my team. Same goes with football game too; it’ll be a goalkeeper, centre-forward, midfielder and defenders.  Once done, it will show that my team is ready to join contests and I will score points as per my selected player’s performance in the LIVE match on that particular day.

• Join a Contest:  Now I can join any Practice Contests’ or ‘Cash Contests’. Compete with other fans and the ultimate bragging rights to show-off my improvement in the Free/Skill contests on Dream11! I have joined the free/practice contest as shown in the picture. If you want to join cash contests, you can choose accordingly to your budget.

And it’s done! Now I have to just relax, wait for the match and hope my dream team win.
