Adlabs Imagica is our Desi Disneyland and Universal Studios. I always wanted to visit it but never got lucky until now when it was unplanned.

So, I was ecstatic and thrilled to enjoy the fantasy world of Adlabs Imagica and bring home an experience of a lifetime.

Adlabs Imagica is a one-stop entertainment place which includes an International Standard theme park, water park, and a snow park. Spread across 300 acres, it is located off the Mumbai-Pune expressway- near Khopoli.

It is a perfect magical destination to have a great getaway with family and friends, befitting all age groups and there is everything for everyone. So, one can totally enjoy to the fullest and create memories.

We had gone to Imagica Theme park which is nearly 90 Kms from Pune city by our car. I went to Imagica with my brother and mother.

A Magical Imagica Theme park

It has a thrilling indoor and outdoor roller coasters, several of India’s first thematic shows, a Grand Imagica Parade, animation shows, and many more attractions.

It offers entertainment, fun, adventure, dining, shopping, and accommodation all at a single location.

Here we experienced street carnivals, adrenaline rush rides, became the part of the show and fight with Mogambo, saved the pirate, witnessed the amazing 360-degree theatre and many more activities.

Here am sharing the rides and activities which you should not miss.

#Roller Coasters

Imagica has an international level of adrenaline rush rides such as Nitro, Scream and Dare 2 drop which is not suitable for light-hearted. Gold Rush Express is comparatively less scary than others.

1)  Dare 2 drop

We took the dare and went for this as I assumed it would not be that difficult to experience.

But it was the highest voltage terrifying ride as it shoots up vertically at 73 kilometers per hour and then drops in a free fall from over 132 feet. The free fall took my breath off totally and I screamed out Loud.

I would highly recommend taking this ride after other roller coaster rides as after this I couldn’t dare to go for Nitro and Scream. Also, it is the most terrifying of all.

2)  Scream

My brother went for this ride and had an amazing experience. It is India’s tallest ride of its kind. This massive rotating pendulum rises to steep angles with a whole lot of suspended air time.

It takes you to an angle of 120 degrees to a height of 148 feet which will make you scream high.

3)  Nitro

India’s biggest baddest roller coaster, standing at a staggering height of 132 feet, Nitro takes you through a baffling pumping ride for nonstop 150 seconds.

It will make you scream out loud with sheer excitement.

4)  Gold Rush Express

This I enjoyed as it was less scary. This ripping ride drops from the height of 66 feet and then will speed up through abandoned gold mines.

If you love roller coaster but fear to ride, then go for this one.

#Other Attractions

1) I for India

We loved this attraction as it takes you up giving an aerial view – INDIA from above. A breathtaking show of India’s most spectacular sights, landscapes, monuments, and cities.

The experience leaves you astonished and makes our us feel proud of our nation.

2) Mr. India

India’s first simulation ride where we as riders help Mr.India to chase Mogambo all around the theme park.

3) Rajasauras River Adventure

This really looks real, the dinosaurs and the prehistoric setup. Travel back to time and face the mighty rajasauras at own risk.

The ride ends with a 66 feet drop and a huge splash of water. The experience was wonderful.

4) Alibaba Aur Chalis Chorr

Experience playing the video game in reality. We had to brace the laser guns and target all those forty thieves hidden in the city!

Just like a video game, the more you shoot and achieve the target, the more your points are added. It was absolutely brilliant and fun filled.

5) Cinema 360 – Prince Of The Dark Waters

Visit here when you are tired and relax by lying down on the ground as it gives a virtual tour in the 360 Dome film that will be showcased all around and above you on a massive screen of 3100 sq. ft.

It feels real and totally gets mesmerized with fantastic mermaids.

Other than these rides, The Detective Bow Wow show, Salimgarh, and Wrath of the Gods should also be experienced.

#Grand Parade and Streets of Imagica

We did not get bored while waiting in queue for the rides as there were street performers in parts of Imagica amusement park to entertain us. It was cool and full of entertainment.

Then in the evening, there is the Grand Imagica Parade which is filled with extravagant entertainment. From clowns to seven dwarfs, magicians to Cinderella, Mogambo to Mr.India, the parade is worth watching for all.

#Food Kiosks

We had our meal at Roberto Food Court which was reasonable and good in taste.

• One stop fun-filled destination for everyone.
• Hygienic and well maintained
• Not par excellence but definitely best theme park in India.
• Value for money
• Relive the fantasy and magical world

We had booked online and preferred on Tuesday to go due to a good discount and less crowd.
